As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a commitment to maintaining good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
  • Communicate and collaborate efficiently within an interdisciplinary team.
