Ride along on test drives and answer customers’ questions about the vehicle and aftermarket products. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely follow‑ups and videos. Build long‑term customer relationships and foster loyalty. Ensure the lot is in pristine condition and all vehicles are clean and positioned well for viewing.
