Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - $7,500 Sign-on Bonus!
Location: Annapolis, MD
Job Type: Part Time/Full-Time
Setting: In-Person
Salary/Hourly Rate: $95,000 - $115,000 / $90 - $105 Per Hour

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA with Budding Stars, you will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.).
Developing high-quality, data-driven treatment plans.
Providing direct, impactful supervision and mentorship to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Leading parent training sessions to ensure generalization of skills at home.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinical directors.
Maintaining accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Active Maryland State License (LBA) or immediate eligibility to obtain one.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA preferred, but new grads welcome to apply!
Passion for mentorship, clinical excellence, and ethical care.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
