Talented Medical Solutions is hiring a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Geriatric/Extended Care (GTE) assignment in Fertile, Minnesota . Whether you're a seasoned CNA or newer to the field, this opportunity allows you to provide essential, hands-on care in a setting where residents and staff feel like family.
Position OverviewAs a CNA in a GTE environment, you’ll support residents with daily living needs, emotional encouragement, and dignity—making a direct impact on their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Provide companionship, patience, and respectful communication
Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety of resident spaces
Document care provided according to facility standards
Active CNA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
Dependable team player with strong communication skills
