Customer Experience Coordinator

Position Summary Assist the location in ensuring positive customer experiences. This will be accomplished by professional and courteous phone answering, greeting customers when they come in, and guiding them to the department for support, as well as maintaining the showroom floor to ensure clean and professional appearance. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Answering phones, greeting customers, guiding customers to proper department Cleaning and maintaining showroom appearance and layout, including product brochures Updating and maintaining customer records and accounts in dealer business system Assisting with event planning and management when necessary Managing and maintaining store office supplies, assisting in maintaining store contract services such as cleaning, printer and trash service Process customer payments in dealer business system when needed Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Extremely detail oriented and organized Ability to maintain confidential information Some Saturdays and occasional overtime as needed Scheduling requirements Work hours can be between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Minimum of 5 days and 40 hours per week, unless time off is approved Overtime and Saturdays will be required Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
