Immediate need for a Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well established and growing practice. Most details/specifics on the table for discussion.

Duties: Assisting Orthopaedic and spine surgeons in the OR

Reason for opening: Adding

Joining other PA/NP providers: If so how many? We have 7 already but they are already tied to existing Drs.

Hours/shifts/weekends/Call: Primarily Monday to Friday OR times; normally no weekends or calls but can review during interview with particular Dr if they want some assistance

Comp Range: Based on experience 115K for 2 yrs Ortho Specific, 120K for spine for 2 yrs Spine specific

Any Bonus structure: Yes there will be productivity based incentives

EMR: Hospital EMR

Patients a day: Primarily for OR so varies based on OR days. Not planning to have in clinic. If negotiated we can have them round on hospital patients.

Relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate: Yes

Full time / benefited: Full time, with benefits

Open to local solid recent grads? Not likely, unless they have really solid Ortho primary experience. (105K range for new grads)
