Call Schedule: Nights; 5p-7a Weekends: Fri 5pm Mon 7am

Call Type: Beeper Call Ratio: 1:5 Call Response Time: 20 mins

Reason for Coverage: Supplemental

Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Vendor

Patient Demographics: Mainly Pediatrics and some Adult Congenital

Average Daily Volume: 0-3 patients/day (clinic)

Admissions: 0-3 Rounding: Both Phone Consults: 1-5 per week

EMR System: Cerner Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 APPs, 22 Office Staff

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Required Procedures: Required X-ray interpretation EKG interpretation

Board: BC/BE Licenses: PA or IMLC Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS Fellowship: Required

Duties & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive cardiology care for pediatric and adult congenital patients Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations Perform on-call duties including weekend coverage Interpret diagnostic studies such as X-rays and EKGs Collaborate with support staff and specialists to ensure continuity of care
