Entry Level Client Success Coordinator

Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate active calendars in a fast-moving environment Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings and appointments Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams via phone and email Maintain organized files and records in accordance with office procedures Provide administrative and operational support as needed Assist with day-to-day office coordination and team initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred - May 2025 or May 2026 graduates highly desired!
