Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong Epic system knowledge to fill a strike position. The role involves working during a designated strike date, with opportunities for per diem work and necessary onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide patient care in a telemetry unit, adhering to hospital protocols.
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system efficiently for documentation and orders.
• Complete all required compliance items, including license verification and certifications.
• Attend mandatory orientation and strike-specific training prior to assignment.
• Record and submit timesheets accurately, either electronically or via manual timesheet with signatures.
• Ensure timely reporting of work hours in the appropriate system within designated timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems.
• Possess up-to-date BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Have previous experience working in telemetry units.
• Be available to work on the strike date of 09/03/2026 and complete onboarding requirements.
• Proven ability to document patient care accurately and efficiently.
