As a Systems Engineer, Senior, you will:Develop subsystem requirements documentationDevelop CAMEO models of the subsystemSupport requirements writing, other model based systems engineering activities, and verification planningCollaborate with SEIT organization to create end to end integrated solutionsSupport a value driven systems engineering team and facilitate design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful waySupport development of test, modeling, validation and verification activitiesYou will typically have:3+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor'sActive Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret ClearanceAbility to work onsite at our Valley Forge, PA or Littleton, CO campusBasic Qualifications:Experience working with various engineering disciplines (i.e. mechanical, electrical, safety, test, etc.) to develop requirements specificationsExperience CAMEO and/or DOORSMust have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance; US Citizenship requiredProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practiceDesired Skills:Knowledge in Systems Engineering concepts and processesWriting requirements documentation and coordinating document release through approval processExcellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent social skills, and ability to create consensus among peers while forming relationships with team membersKnowledge of DOORSKnowledge of CAMEOKnowledge of RequirementsKnowledge of MBSEKnowledge of InterfacesExperience in systems engineering, preferably in a defense or aerospace environmentExperience with coordinating Systems Milestones reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)Strong understanding of systems engineering principlesActive Top Secret clearancePay Information:Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
