ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I ran a pediatric home health company. That experience reinforced my passion for helping others and building a business that makes a real impact. I truly believe a State Farm agency is one of the best small business opportunities out there.

I'm a graduate of Texas Christian University and an East Texas native. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf with friends and spending time staying connected with the local community. I'm actively involved as a member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce and care deeply about giving back through community service and local involvement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Aaron Hickman - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
