As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to bring heart, energy, and purpose to the work they do every day.About the RoleAs an RBT at Ideal Therapy, you'll play a key role in creating life-changing progress for children with developmental disabilities. Under the guidance of highly experienced BCBAs—including a Clinic Director with 20+ years as a BCBA—you'll implement individualized behavior programs, teach essential skills, support families, and help create meaningful, lasting change.This is a position where your work truly matters—and where you'll be supported every step of the way.What You'll DoImplement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA.Support clients across clinic, home, and community environments.Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team that values communication and transparency.Track and document client progress using clear behavioral data and medical terminology.Help educate caregivers on strategies that promote positive, sustainable behavior change.Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA at all times.What We're Looking ForExperience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).Knowledge of ABA principles and a passion for behavioral health.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.RBT CertificationJob TypesFull-time and part-time positions available!
