Manufacturing Team Leader

Somers, CT

$25-$30/hr (Based on Eperience)

Job Summary

This is a diversified position of which you would be cutting, bending, welding, or assembling, based on the needs of production. Bending and machine operating would be the main focus of this position, however it will be the team leaders job to be aware of production needs, delivery dates, and to guide and fill in for the team when needed to meet our production goals. Regular communication with both the team and the manufacturing manager will be very important.

Requirements

Ability to read blue prints

Skilled ability to weld (MIG & TIG)

Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication

Experience operating press brakes or similar CNC fabricating machines

Experience running a laser

Good communication skills

Knowledge of hand tools

Must be a team oriented individual

High School diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week
