NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes – Automotive Tire Technician ($800 New Hire Bonus) NTB joins the Mavis Tire family. We are looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join our state‑of‑the‑art service and retail tire sales centers in the Hagerstown, MD area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will be the backbone of our business. You will install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs to keep our customers’ vehicles safe. You will receive guaranteed weekly bonuses in addition to your hourly rate, with a total potential bonus of $800 during the introductory period. Responsibilities Install new tires and wheels. Perform tire services—rotations, balancing and flat repairs. Provide best‑in‑class automotive service while maintaining safety standards. Earn weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed on top of the guaranteed hourly rate. Qualifications No prior experience required; paid training provided. Motivated by commissions and incentive compensation. Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented. Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Active and willing to learn.
