Must Haves

• Strong development experience with Java, spring boot, SQL.
• Experience with Restful Web Services, APIs.
• Experience using Azure DevOps

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and implementing front end code including user interface interactions and creating attractive and effective user interfaces
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications including developing detailed programming specifications
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages

Front End Skills

• Knowledge and experience coding and using basic artwork to deliver a complete user interface
• Experience creating web interfaces for large websites. Experienced with complex large-scale systems
• Experience with Cross browser compatibility
• Experience with Responsive frameworks
• Experience with Social Media APIs

Technical Skills

• Angular 5+, Javascript 10+, Typescript 5+, HTML 5.0, CSS 5+
• Node such as NPM 5+, RXJS 5+, Bootstrap, jQuery 3+
• Bitbucket 3+, Maven
• WebSphere v8.5 or higher 5+, Hibernate/JPA

AODA Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards

• Experience with AODA/WCAG 2.0 AA a must
• Demonstrated experience with AODA compliance
