Partner Marketing Manager

The Sage Group's client is hiring a freelance Partner Marketing Manager to drive joint go-to-market execution with a focused set of high-potential client partners. This role will concentrate on Managed Network Service Providers (MNSPs) and other strategic partner types that sell, implement, and support the vertical and complementary cloud solutions. As a hands-on individual contributor, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing partner-led marketing initiatives that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities. You will guide partners in building solution-oriented GTM motions around Generative AI, collaboration, security, and cloud migration, helping them use their products to address enterprise customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute partner-specific marketing playbooks that align offerings to target industries and customer segments.
• Co-create integrated GTM plans with MNSP and other priority partners, including clear objectives, target audiences, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop and run campaigns and programs such as webinars, workshops, digital demand-generation, and field events to drive awareness and pipeline for GWS-based solutions.
• Support partners in packaging and promoting solutions that incorporate Generative AI, collaboration, and secure productivity on GWS.
• Localize and adapt global marketing assets into partner-ready content (campaign kits, email sequences, social assets, landing pages, pitch decks).
• Manage day-to-day program delivery: coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, manage budgets, and ensure timely execution across multiple partners.
• Monitor program performance, analyze key marketing and pipeline metrics, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and conversion.
• Enable partners on marketing tools, MDF/co-op programs, and best practices to help them scale repeatable demand-generation motions.
• Partner closely with sales, partner development managers, and product marketing to ensure alignment between marketing motions and sales priorities.
• Document and share repeatable best practices and success stories that can be applied across the broader partner ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B technology marketing, preferably with cloud, SaaS, or productivity/collaboration solutions.
• Proven track record building and executing joint marketing plans with technology, services, or reseller partners focused on enterprise or mid-market customers.
• Solid understanding of demand-generation tactics (digital, events, ABM, content syndication) and how to measure pipeline impact and ROI.
• Experience marketing or supporting solutions related to collaboration platforms, cloud migration, or AI-driven products is highly desirable.
• Comfort working directly with partner sales and marketing teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical or solution concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience running multiple concurrent campaigns or programs.
• Self-starter mindset suited to a freelance role: able to prioritize, execute, and report progress with limited supervision.

Duration: 12 months Location: Remote Compensation: $62/hr
