Sheet, scale, and mix ingredients according to the Bill of Materials (BOM) Operate scales, meters, mixers, dough hoist, and related mixing equipment Maintain a clean and sanitary work area Request and verify BOMs and required ingredients Mix ingredients according to BOMs and approved SOPs Perform mixing-area setups and breakdowns Accurately weigh ingredients, including re-work dough and small ingredients Label, color code, and properly handle containers Record batch information, including ingredient numbers, temperatures, and machine settings Load ingredients into mixers and related equipment Prepare equipment for the next production run Set mixer timers and programs Operate auxiliary equipment to hoist and dump dough Meet consistency, material, output, temperature, and quality objectives Suggest labor, supply-cost, and process improvements Follow quality, safety, legal, food-safety, and continuous-improvement standards Identify and report potential hazards Participate in GMP, recycling, pollution-prevention, and sustainability initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Requirements English proficiency required Comfortable with physical labor Attention to detail Adaptable Comfortable working with machinery Troubleshoots and problem-solves Mindful of safety practices High school diploma or GED (preferred) 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred) This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in mixing ingredients according to Bill of Materials (BOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and food-safety standards.
