Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist - Outpatient - License Required

Overview ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist. Due to growth, Physicians Rehab Solution is now hiring a Physical Therapist to work as a Clinic Manager for an Outpatient Orthopedics position at Nebraska Orthopaedic Center in Lincoln, NE. Full‑time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. Caseload / Patient Population The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Full‑time PTs are expected to treat an average of 11 patients per day. Clinic Manager performs a mix of managerial duties and direct patient care. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this full‑time position is in the range of $85k-$115k plus additional compensation opportunities depending on experience and qualifications. Work Schedule The clinic is open Monday-Friday. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired. No weekends. No holidays. Job Requirements Eligible for NE state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient ortho experience is required. Full‑time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
