Family owned and managed, they partner closely with customers from early prototyping through full-volume production, and are known for taking on complex, precision-driven work that requires real technical expertise.The OpportunityOur client is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Machine Set-Up Operator to join their manufacturing team. You'll set up, adjust, and operate precision machinery to manufacture a wide variety of parts to exacting quality standards, with a clear path to growth built into the role.
