Base Salary $21.50/hour + performance-based bonus opportunities $1400 retention bonus * help us grow our sales representative team eligible for generous employee referral bonus opportunities What You’ll Do You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and small business owners seeking support during tax season. You’ll create a positive customer experience by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and guiding customers toward the best available solution. You’ll help customers navigate tax preparation products, answer general tax-related questions, and determine when a customer should be connected with a qualified tax expert. During a Typical Day, You’ll Support customers using tax preparation products through phone and digital channels Engage with individuals and small business owners, using active listening and thoughtful questions to understand their tax preparation and product support needs Determine whether customers can complete their taxes using tax preparation software or should be connected with a live tax professional Clearly explain available products, services, and support options Navigate multiple systems while building customer confidence through empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented conversations Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity expectations What You Bring to the Role High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service, sales, hospitality, financial services, or contact center experience Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to understand customer situations, make informed recommendations, and work across multiple applications and systems Ability to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona on a full-time schedule, including seasonal adjustments based on business needs What You Can Expect A team environment supportive of your career and professional development An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values Opportunity to work hybrid based on reaching and maintaining performance standards And yes... $21.50/hr base + performance based bonus opportunities, $1400 retention bonus (conditions apply), benefits you'd expect like paid time off, wellness and healthcare benefits and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement) TTEC is a global consulting, technology, and managed services company that helps brands deliver smarter, more human customer experiences through data, AI, and technology.
