Lead Generator- In Office

Lead generators will contact previous customers and homeowners in storm-affected areas to generate leads and schedule appointments for our roofing consultants. This is not a hard-sales position. Your primary goal is to build rapport, identify potential roofing concerns, and set qualified inspection appointments. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to previous customers and homeowner contact lists. Contact homeowners in storm-affected areas to offer complimentary roof inspections. Schedule appointments for roofing consultants and sales representatives. Maintain accurate call notes and appointment information in the company CRM. Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation. Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and reduce cancellations. Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals. Represent the company professionally on every call. Qualifications Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Basic computer skills and ability to work within a CRM system.
