What we’re seeking:

• Current Arizona Speech-Language Therapist licensure
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card (required before start)
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
• Flexibility to work across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads
• Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered interventions

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine communication needs and develop targeted Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy for students
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with school/state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster communication success
• Attend meetings and contribute insights on student progress and program planning
• Adapt interventions for diverse learning profiles and educational environments
