Location: Olathe, CO (Serving Montrose & Delta Counties)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Position Overview
Colorow Care Center is seeking compassionate Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our person-centered skilled nursing and memory care community. This role provides routine daily care to elders, ensuring their personal, emotional, and physical needs are met with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Living Assistance (ADLs): Help residents with grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Mobility & Transfers: Assist residents with standing, walking, and transferring safely using proper equipment.
- Nutritional Support: Assist with feeding, distribute snacks, and track food/fluid intake.
- Resident Engagement: Respond quickly to call lights and engage with residents to alleviate loneliness and isolation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely daily care logs in the electronic charting system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Active Colorado CNA license preferred (uncertified candidates may be considered for Resident Assistant roles) .
- Strong team-player mentality and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in long-term care or memory care is a plus, but not required.
