Requirements Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with an accredited school graduate and NPTEL qualification. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services or interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Benefits Weekly pay and direct deposit.
