As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment and discharge plans. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life by enhancing their ability to perform daily activities independently. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Need 1 year experience in setting
