Local CDL-A Driver - Detention pay

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.


Job Details:

• $0.50-$0.70 per mile
• Detention pay: $20 - $25 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
• Live load/unload: $55 per stop
• Driver load/unload: $45 per stop
• Hazmat pay: $40 per load
• Refrigerated: $40 per load
• Crosstown pay: $25 per load
• Driver assist event: $25 per load
• Empty moves: $25 per load
• Empty search: $20 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• Rail delay pay: $20 per hour
• Refused delivery: $35 per stop
• Truck order not used: $20 per event
• Waiting on truck: $20 per hour
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• Mandatory Meetings: $25 per hour
• Overweight rework: $20 per hour
• Yard Work: $20 per hour
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $70,000 - $74,000
• Daily home time
• Majority no touch freight
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
