About the Role Our Maintenance Supervisors set the tone for excellence. You’ll guide your team, oversee projects, and ensure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and proud of their home. Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs. Ensure compliance with safety and property standards. Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships. Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed. What We’re Looking For Proven maintenance background with leadership ability. Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
