Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
