If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, AI Enablement Product Owner to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.Responsibilities:Support the Associate Director, AI Enablement Product Owner in developing and executing digital enablement and change management plans for enterprise AI capabilities, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and related generative AI platforms; assist with AI product enablement activities across the release lifecycle, including roadmap tracking, release readiness, capability previews, pilot coordination, testing support, stakeholder feedback collection, and rollout planningPartner with the lead, technical/platform owners, vendor teams, and business stakeholders to document AI use cases, user journeys, adoption considerations, and step-by-step guidance for new and emerging AI capabilitiesCreate and implement strategic and tactical communications, learning content, enablement materials, FAQs, demos, and adoption resources that help employees understand, access, and responsibly use Anthropic, OpenAI, and other enterprise AI toolsSupport preview and early access programs by coordinating participant logistics, preparing enablement materials, gathering feedback, synthesizing themes, and helping translate pilot outcomes into recommendations for broader rollout or refinementMonitor and measure the effectiveness of AI enablement activities, including adoption, readiness, engagement, feedback, and barriers to usage; prepare status updates, insights, and recommendations for the Associate Director and other stakeholdersContribute to the development and maintenance of digital enablement, AI product adoption, and change management tools, templates, playbooks, and processes that support consistent execution across AI initiativesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in digital enablement, change management, product enablement, technology adoption, AI enablement, or a similar technology-focused role, with experience supporting adoption of AI, automation, or emerging technology capabilitiesBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, psychology, communication, technology, or a related field is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED requiredWorking knowledge of digital enablement, change management, product adoption, and release readiness methodologies, frameworks, and best practicesWorking familiarity with Responsible AI, generative AI, large language models, and emerging AI capabilities; familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar tools is preferredExperience supporting user research, pilot programs, stakeholder feedback collection, adoption measurement, communications, training, or enablement activities for technology or AI initiativesStrong communication, presentation, writing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and translate technical or product concepts into clear, user-centered guidance; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills; capability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor contacts while working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
