Healthcare Associate Attorney

Wolfe Pincavage is hiring an Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of health law experience to join our Revenue Cycle and Managed Care practice – where you will help non‑profit hospital systems in their pursuit of fair compensation from health insurance companies.

THE ROLE

Associate Attorney LOCATION: Full‑time, in‑person at our South Miami office

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Analyze contracts and medical claims to identify recovery opportunities Draft and manage administrative appeals and demand letters for complex hospital claim denials Perform legal research on healthcare reimbursement and regulatory issues Manage a high volume of active matters against competing deadlines

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF

Detail‑oriented, organized, and thrive managing multiple projects at once Comfortable working in Excel, Salesforce, and hospital platforms like Epic and Cerner Demonstrated interest in health law or the healthcare industry

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

J.D. and admission to the Florida Bar 0-3 years of experience as an attorney 1800 annual billable hours Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance rules is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENFITS
