Customer Service Representative

Job Description Job Description *** This is NOT a remote position ***
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
We are looking for a customer-oriented, service representative to help process CPAP, BIPAP, and supply orders. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and referral sources. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Responsibilities:
Patient intake
Document scanning and indexing
Documentation requests
Order processing
Correspond with doctors offices via email, fax, and phone to obtain needed paperwork
Insurance verification and prior authorization
Provide cost estimate for order
Verify information on account hasnt changed
Handle customer complaints
Set-up logs
Other duties as required
​ Qualifications:
High school diploma
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong self-motivation and time-management skills
Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers
Familiar with Microsoft office, fax machines, email, etc.
Employment is contingent on
Background investigation (company-wide)
Drug screen (company-wide)
Valid driver’s license in state of residence
