Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts

Hours/Week: 3640 hours/week

Employment Type: Temporary

Licensure/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS preferred

Experience: Previous ER experience highly preferred

Pay Rate: $52.26/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department during night shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, PCTs, and support staff to deliver efficient care
• Document patient interactions accurately in EMR systems
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations
• Respond to emergent situations with clinical judgment and professionalism

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year ER or ED nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills and teamwork mentality

Preferred:

• Previous experience working night shifts
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
