Pay Rate range: $35.00-$40.00 an hour

Hours: 8am- 5pm Monday- Friday

Start ASAP: 6 months, possible temp to perm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Communicate scheduling updates, bottlenecks, ETA's across multiple cell production departments
* Evaluate and confirm delivery dates for work orders using advanced analysis of material availability, capacity, lead times, and customer priorities.
* Oversee subassembly and raw material stock levels, and initiate work orders proactively to maintain optimal inventory.
* Lead communication of material shortages with the supply chain team; ensure accurate and achievable delivery forecasts.
* Collaborate with engineering and supply chain on part revisions and ensure up-to-date bill of materials (BOMs).
* Approve and release work orders based on customer BOMs and new product introductions.
* Interface with production and warehouse leads to ensure timely picking and movement of materials based on priorities.
* Provide project status updates to cell leaders, production managers, and project managers; revise production plans as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in an analytical or supply chain-related field preferred
* Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain operations
