Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies, assisting with badge verification and other security-related screening procedures as directed. Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with employees, guests, and/or vendors, following post orders, and escalating maintenance, policy, or security-related issues when appropriate. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. A current guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
