Virtual Client Support Specialist

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals for a remote client support opportunity. This role involves helping clients research options, coordinate arrangements, manage reservation details, and receive assistance throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others and can provide friendly, professional communication while working independently. You should be comfortable researching information online, keeping track of details, and following up with clients. No previous industry experience is necessary. Training, resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn the systems and processes used in the role. Responsibilities: Communicate with new and existing clients Determine client needs, preferences, and priorities Research available options based on client requests Provide clients with appropriate recommendations Assist with reservation and planning details Confirm information and review details for accuracy Answer client questions and provide assistance Maintain organized client information and records Follow up regarding outstanding decisions or information Participate in required training and development Requirements: Computer or laptop access Reliable high-speed internet connection Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using email and web-based systems Ability to research information online Strong attention to detail Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently Dependable and professional Willing to complete training and learn new systems Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or client-facing experience is a plus but is not required.
