This commission-based role is ideal for individuals who want to help others improve their financial futures while creating a long-term, relationship-driven career of their own. You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and access to a full suite of financial solutions — including investments and insurance — to support your growth to becoming a fully licensed financial advisor with your own book of business.

Compensation:

$60,000 per plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with individuals, families, and small businesses
• Provide guidance on protection, investment, and retirement strategies
• Develop customized financial solutions using a broad product portfolio
• Grow your client base through networking and community engagement
• Manage your schedule, business development, and long-term practice growth
• Continue the licensing path to obtain the Series 7 and 66.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated business mindset and track record of business development or sales experience.
• Goal‑oriented , with the discipline to manage time, prospecting, and follow‑through
• Resilient and coachable , open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills , comfortable engaging with diverse individuals
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• L&H license required at contracting, with Series 7, 66 licenses expected in the first year.
