Job Details Job Location: Watertown, MA 02472. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: High School/HiSet/GED. Salary Range: $19.50 - $20.50 hourly. Travel Percentage: None. Job Shift: Any. Responsibilities Support individuals with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, medication reminders, and household tasks. Help plan and participate in activities based on individual interests—at home or in the community. Are patient, steady, and comfortable with responsibility. Enjoy building relationships over time. Can stay calm and supportive when things don’t go as planned. Pay & Benefits $19.50/hour (Non‑MAP) $20.50/hour (MAP) — MAP training provided and paid by MAB.
