Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms with precision for seamless surgical procedures
Assist surgeons and teams during operations to ensure patient safety and success
Monitor patient recovery post-procedure, providing vital care and support
Educate patients and families on procedure outcomes to build confidence and trust
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier surgical care

Qualifications

2+ years of CST experience in the OR
NCCT certification (required - please submit documentation)
Commitment to patient-centered care in fast-paced surgical environments

Education

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NCCT

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
Strong knowledge of OR protocols and patient safety standards
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure settings
Attention to detail for flawless procedure preparation
