We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry, and may have experience with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.What We Offer:$40,000-$50,000 a year including bonusesFull-Time schedule with 4-10hr shifts and rotating weekends401(k) Coordination and MatchingMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceOpportunities for AdvancementVacation & Sick PayEmployee Discounts on products/servicesAccess to company fun and events year roundWhat You’ll Do:Answer inbound phone, email and text leads in a professional manner using provided scripts with end goals of setting appointment with guests at the dealershipRespond to leads/inquiries in a timely manner determined by industry and dealership standardsMaintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least 2% higher than zone/branch averageMonitor all inbound and outbound emails in the CRM while assisting sales consultants/sales managers with responses as neededEnsure that all communications via phone, text, email or in-person are professional and courteousEnsure that sales consultants are ready for all appointments and waiting at the door when guests arriveEnsure appointment vehicles are selected, clean and ready to show/test drive for dealership guestsMaintain minimum training standards set forth by manufacturersAttend ongoing improvement meetings held by management teamsBecome proficient in warranty coverage, policies and procedures set by manufacturersGreet guests upon arrival in a prompt, courteous and professional mannerAcknowledge all dealership guests on the premises when opportunity arisesPerform any and all other related duties as required and assignedMaintain a professional image and appearance in the workplaceProvide top-notch and exceptional guest experiences before, during and after a vehicle saleWhat You’ll Need:High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferredStrong organizational skills and patienceAbility to work independently while being an integral member of the sales teamStrong attention to detailTyping skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, team settingActive listening skillsKalispell Auto Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
