Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role involves providing specialized critical care for high-acuity patients in a Level II Trauma Center and comprehensive stroke center. The selected candidate will deliver advanced patient care within a multidisciplinary ICU team, supporting the needs of neuro, post-cardiovascular, and trauma patients.

Job Details:

• Location: Green Bay, WI
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license with BLS and ACLS certifications; minimum of 3 years of experience in ICU settings; experience with trachs, vents, chest tubes, vasoactive drips, procedural recoveries, and temporary pacemakers.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro and cardiovascular recoveries, and CRRT support.
• Support on the Unit: CNA ratio of 1:12; bedside monitoring; centralized telemonitoring with tech support; 24-hour intensivist coverage; ICU educator presence; CV coordinator onboard.
• Charting System/Equipment: EPIC, Alaris infusion pumps, Pyxis medication system.
• Float: Floating to all med-surg units in rotation; flexibility to float outside of ICU when needed.
• Orientation: One shift on-site orientation.
• Scheduling: Every other weekend; there may be block scheduling options; time off requests for up to 7 days are permissible. No call requirements.
• Additional Notes: Scrub color is flexible; free parking available outside the inpatient entrance.
