Information Systems Security Analyst - Clearance Required

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Analyst to support NAVSEA Professional Support Services for Engineering Support by providing analytical, cybersecurity, and intelligence support to Navy systems and operations. Responsibilities Ability to leverage data analysis techniques, intelligence databases, and open‑source information to develop assessments, reports, and briefings for senior leadership and operational units. Collect, validate, and analyze complex data sets. Conduct research and produce intelligence products on areas of interest. Develop and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with other analysts and subject matter experts. Maintain awareness of current events and emerging trends impacting the Navy. Required Qualifications A high school degree, or a GED, and ten (10) years of relevant experience in information systems security support or related functional area, OR A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience in information systems security support or related functional area, OR A master’s degree in a relevant field. Bonus Points If You Have Experience leveraging intelligence databases, cybersecurity analysis tools, and reporting platforms to support operational and strategic decision‑making. Security Clearance Interim or Active Secret Education High school diploma/GED with additional years of experience, or a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, as outlined under the required qualifications for the applicable level. Work Schedule Monday–Friday, on‑site at the Navy Yard, Washington, D.C. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $125,000‑158,000.
