Recovery Coach & Care Coordinator

CommuniCare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support Specialist in New Haven, CT. In this full-time role, you'll use your experience to mentor individuals on their recovery journeys, conducting assessments and providing support to clients while coordinating community services. Successful candidates will have a High School diploma and relevant experience, with preferences given to those with a Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health.
