PROJECT MANAGER (HEAVY CIVIL)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale heavy civil construction projects from planning through closeout. This role requires strong project controls, leadership, and the ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil construction projects end-to-end
- Lead field teams and coordinate with subcontractors
- Develop project schedules and maintain budget control
- Track progress and manage project profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients and resolve issues
- Manage equipment and resource allocation
Requirements
- 7+ years of heavy civil project management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of heavy construction methods and equipment
- Experience with project controls and scheduling
- Excellent communication abilities
