• Experience: 2+ years in high-risk OB, epic experience, teaching hospital experience, handling 200-300 births/month

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care to women in high-risk labor and delivery units
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, progress, and complications
• Administer medications and interventions per protocol
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe delivery practices
• Educate and support patients and families before, during, and after birth
• Maintain documentation in Epic EMR system
• Respond to call requirements and float to related units such as Mother/Baby as needed
• Comply with hospital policies for night shift operations and holiday coverage

What You Need:

Required:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible
• 2+ years experience in high-risk OB or related specialty
• Epic EMR experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and FHM certifications
• Experience with 200-300 births per month and teaching hospital environments

Preferred:

• Experience in a high-volume, high-risk OB unit
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, complex clinical setting
