In this role, you will be responsible for delivering therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as individuals in hospice care. Our focus on trauma-informed care requires a nuanced approach that respects each client’s unique history and current challenges. Your role in helping clients work through grief, loss, and emotional distress is vital to their healing processes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license within the state of California. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. \n
- Proven ability in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. \n
