Wound Care LPN

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Wound Care LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based wound assessment, treatment, and patient education for acute and chronic wounds in collaboration with RNs, providers, and an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include dressing changes, infection monitoring, documentation in the EMR, and coordination of follow-up care.
