As a Full Time Ergonomics Specialist , you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN . The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30AM - 3:00PM. Help foster a safer, healthier work environment by partnering with team members to reduce ergonomic risks and support injury prevention efforts.

What You'll Do

• Identify and assess ergonomic hazards in the workplace
• Work in an embedded client environment
• Produce technical reports using a standard documentation procedure in a proficient and timely manner
• Instruct and/or facilitate training as required
• Complete data collection and detailed analysis
• Advise on the organization of production lines and workstations
• Assemble solution for both short and long-term risk reduction
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Professionally and effectively interact with diverse clientele
• Promote safe, healthy, and inspired workplace environments
• May require other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Degree is Health Sciences (Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Exercise Science, Biomechanics, or Physical Engineering) required
• At least 1 year experience working with ergonomic application preferred
