Connect n Care ABA is hiring a BCBA Assessor to join our clinical team in Virginia. This flexible part-time hybrid role is focused on comprehensive assessments clinical decision-making and treatment recommendations - without ongoing case management or supervision responsibilities.

What Youll Do

• Conduct comprehensive initial and reassessment evaluations
• Administer score and interpret behavioral and adaptive assessments
• Conduct caregiver and stakeholder interviews
• Observe clients in home school clinic and community settings
• Develop clinically sound treatment recommendations
• Prepare detailed assessment reports
• Determine medical necessity and recommend appropriate service levels
• Collaborate with intake authorization and clinical leadership teams
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation

What Were Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
• Active licensure
• 3 years of ABA experience including assessment experience
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills
• Knowledge of insurance authorization and medical necessity
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Located in Virginia or a bordering state
