In this role, you will evaluate, consult, and prescribe across our core wellness and skin health categories: GLP-1 weight management, hormone replacement therapy, prescription dermatology, and prescription hair loss treatments.You'll build your own patient panel through Skin Clique's platform, own your patient relationships, and have the full backing of our clinical and operational teams behind you.What You'll DoConduct telemedicine consultations and develop personalized treatment plans across wellness service linesPrescribe and manage GLP-1 therapy for weight management and metabolic healthEvaluate and prescribe hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for appropriate candidatesPrescribe prescription-grade dermatological treatments (tretinoin, topical antibiotics, and other Rx derm therapies)Prescribe and manage evidence-based hair loss treatments (finasteride, minoxidil, and related therapies)Recommend and support medical-grade skincare product lines as a complement to Rx treatment plansMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in Skin Clique's EMR systemFollow up with patients to monitor outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and ensure satisfactionAdhere to Skin Clique's clinical protocols, safety standards, and telehealth compliance guidelinesGrow your patient panel through the Skin Clique platform and patient referral networkRequirementsBoard-certified Nurse Practitioner (we are unable to accept physician assistants at this time)Full practice authority requiredActive, unrestricted state license in the state where you intend to practiceCurrent DEA registration (Scheduled III required for controlled substance prescribing)Prescriptive authority license requiredComfortable practicing in a fully virtual, telemedicine-only environmentProficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems (Skin Clique training provided)Strong communication skills and ability to build patient rapport remotelyCommitment to clinical documentation standards and telehealth compliance requirementsAvailability to dedicate consistent, predictable hours to patient care and panel growthStrongly PreferredExperience prescribing GLP-1 (semaglutide, tirzepatide) or managing weight loss patientsBackground in hormone therapy, functional medicine, or integrative wellnessFamiliarity with prescription dermatology or medical-grade skincare protocolsExperience with patient acquisition, retention, and panel-building strategiesWhy Join Skin CliqueFlexible schedule — set your own hours and work from anywhereEverything you need to see patients — Skin Clique provides the telehealth platform, EMR, and operational support so you can focus on careClinical community — join a national network of 800+ board-certified providers with access to peer collaboration and mentorshipCompetitive 1099 compensation — earn based on your patient volume and skincare salesOngoing education and training on new wellness protocols and product linesPersonal discounts on Skin Clique services and skincare productsExpand your scope — providers have the option to add in-person aesthetic treatments to their practice (additional hands-on training required)We are committed to being an equal opportunity employer and deeply value diversity.
