Maintenance SupervisorOur client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team leadership.1st Shift: 7am - 3pmLocation: Caseville, MI (Thumb region of MI)Key Responsibilities:Lead and assign daily work for maintenance technicians and skilled trades employees.Ensure equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.Manage spare parts inventory and identify opportunities for process improvements.Coach, train, and develop the maintenance team members.Support production operations through effective communication, prioritization, and problem-solving.Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Qualifications:Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.Hydraulic systems experience required.Press maintenance experience required.Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.Must be willing to work overtime and be available for occasional after-hours support.#IND1
